Python-based Hierarchical ENvironment for Integrated Xtallography
PHENIX is a software suite for the automated determination of molecular structures using X-ray crystallography and other methods.

  • The 2016 Phenix workshop will be held from Jan 14th to Jan 15th, 2016 in Shanghai University. This unique workshop will bring together the developers and users of Phenix. Exciting new developments in the following research areas will be presented:

    • Core applications of Phenix: model building, structural refinement, validation, etc.

    This workshop is designed for people who are interested in learning and/or improving skills for the experimental determination of macromolecular structures such as proteins and DNA. While the focus will be on X-ray crystallographic methods, many of the techniques learned are generally applicable.

    We look forward to an exciting gathering of old and new friends and colleagues.
